I grew up here in Metro Detroit. I gradauated from Marian Highschool in Bloomfield Hills. I hold a bachelors degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Health Psychology from University of Michigan Dearborn. While in Detroit I worked at Henry Ford Hospital serving the bariatric and transplant teams.

My family and I recently returned to the Detroit area from Charleston, SC, where I owned a private practice for 8 years. During that time I treated a variety of patients. I worked with many of them to face challenges with communication, parenting, personal growth, anxiety, grief, weight management, and chronic illness to name a few. Each person I have met has taught me something valuable and I have found ways to hone in on my learned skillsets in a way that helps my clients achieve their goals.

I have been married for 11 years. We have two beautiful boys and a very handsome dog. My family and I have lived in Detroit, Charleston, Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles. I love to connect with family and friends, explore the world, paint, read, and exercise.
