Individual Therapy

I offer individuals an approach customized to their unique needs and desires. I work with a variety of conditions and concerns including but not limited to; relationship and work stress, weight loss, grief, fertility, anxiety, depression, panic, finding oneself, and personal growth, etc.

My first goal when we meet is to ensure that you feel safe and fully heard in our therapeutic environment. Then, based on your goals, personality, and needs I select from a variety of techniques. My approach to treatment is eclectic. Some of my most common treatment modalities include cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, acceptance commitment, & motivational interviewing etc..
